FAQ

  • How do I return my product(s)?
    You can return an item for free within 30 days after receiving your order. It's also possible to return something to one of our stores if your order didn't have a delivery fee. Eligible online orders from October 24th, 2024 until January 13th, 2025 can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt with our holiday extended return period.
  • Refunds
    If you return an item in good condition or cancel your order, you will receive a refund. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within the Refund Timeline. Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded with a new digital gift card and emailed directly to the email address on file for the order. Returns on orders paid partially with a gift card will have the gift card balance refunded in full before refunding the credit card on file. Please note: The gift card balance cannot be refunded to the credit card and can only be refunded to the gift card. With some exceptions mentioned in our Return Policy, refunds will be made through your original payment method, within the Refund Timeline. Please keep in mind that, in some cases, we reserve the right to make the refund through a Turf e-gift card. See our Return Policy for more details. We reserve the right to deny resellers the benefit of our returns and refund policy, and we may charge a restocking fee in certain cases. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
  • Exchanging an item?
    Ordered the wrong size or color? You can exchange your item for free within 30 days after receiving your order. Eligible online orders from October 24th, 2024 until January 13th, 2025 can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt with our holiday extended return period.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
